HP Support Contract Administration

As HP support contracts are often complex and difficult to manage, Preferred have been asked by many clients to ensure that they have the appropriate cover for their HP hardware and software and that the detailed configuration within the contracts accurately reflects that implemented.

This service begins with a systems audit which becomes the baseline for contract administration.
